Thermoplastic Polyurethane Powder for durable parts with excellent flexibility
Ultrasint® TPU 88A is a versatile thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) powder developed for Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) processes. Designed for applications requiring flexibility, durability and energy absorption, it delivers an excellent balance of mechanical performance, surface quality and process reliability.
The material produces parts with high elasticity, strong rebound characteristics and outstanding fatigue resistance, making it ideal for functional components exposed to repeated mechanical stress. Its excellent detail resolution and smooth surface finish also enable the production of complex geometries with minimal post-processing. In addition, Ultrasint® TPU 88A offers good UV and hydrolysis resistance for long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
