Ultrasint® PA11 is a high-performance polyamide powder designed for powder bed fusion (PBF) processes, combining excellent mechanical performance, impact resistance, and long-term durability. Derived from renewable castor oil sources, PA11 enables more sustainable additive manufacturing without compromising on performance.
The material is particularly well-suited for end-use applications requiring high toughness, chemical resistance, and reliability under repeated stress. Compared to standard PA12, PA11 offers enhanced ductility and impact strength, making it ideal for functional parts exposed to dynamic loads.
