Ultracur3D® EL 4000

Flexible Resin with Superior Strength, Rebound and High Hardness (Shore 90 A)

Ultracur3D® EL 4000 by Forward AM is a high-performance, flexible photopolymer resin engineered for the production of elastomeric parts that combine durability, elasticity, and mechanical strength.
As part of the Ultracur3D® Flexible & Elastomeric Line, it bridges the gap between soft rubber-like materials and engineering polymers, delivering outstanding resilience, rebound behavior, and surface quality.

This high-modulus elastomer offers a unique combination of stiffness and flexibility, enabling designers to produce functional parts that can bend, stretch, and recover their shape under load while maintaining dimensional stability.
It is ideally suited for applications requiring flexibility with structural integrity, such as grips, seals, gaskets, lattice structures, and functional prototypes.
