Flame-Retardant Resin with UL 94 V-0 Rating and Superior HDT
Ultracur3D® RG 9400 B FR is a rigid, flame-retardant photopolymer resin developed for industrial 3D printing applications that require outstanding thermal stability and reliable fire protection. With its UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and very high heat deflection temperature (HDT), the material is ideal for manufacturing durable components used in demanding industrial and electronic environments. It is also halogen-free, making it suitable for applications with strict safety requirements. With a high HDT (> 250 °C) and easy-to-print low viscosity, it’s ideal for electronics, jigs & fixtures, and high-temperature industrial replacement components.
Thanks to its low viscosity, Ultracur3D® RG 9400 B FR is easy to handle and process, ensuring stable printing performance without the need for a heated printer. The combination of excellent printability, high rigidity and exceptional temperature resistance makes it a reliable choice for functional production parts, custom fixtures and electrical components exposed to elevated temperatures or ignition sources
