Ultrafuse® Pellets rPETG is a sustainable, high-performance pellet material developed for Large Scale Additive Manufacturing (LSAM) using Fused Granulate Fabrication (FGF) technology. Manufactured from recycled, glycol-modified PET (rPETG) sourced from traceable post-industrial waste, it combines excellent printability with outstanding optical quality and reliable mechanical performance. The material is ideal for producing large-format components while reducing material waste and manufacturing costs.
Designed for ease of processing, Ultrafuse® Pellets rPETG offers low warpage, excellent dimensional stability and a high-gloss surface finish with outstanding transparency. The pellets are delivered pre-dried and ready for processing, enabling consistent printing performance for both experienced users and those new to pellet-based additive manufacturing. Thanks to its food-contact-safe recycling process and excellent batch-to-batch consistency, the material provides a reliable and sustainable solution for demanding industrial applications
