Ultrafuse® ABS
Strength, Flexibility, Heat Resistance – All in One Filament
Ultrafuse® ABS is a high-performance engineering filament designed for demanding Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) applications where strength, durability and thermal resistance are essential. Combining excellent mechanical properties with reliable printability, the material is well suited for manufacturing functional prototypes, mechanical components and end-use parts that must withstand everyday wear and challenging operating conditions. With a heat deflection temperature of up to 96 °C, Ultrafuse® ABS delivers dependable performance in environments where standard materials may reach their limits.
The filament offers outstanding impact resistance, good chemical resistance and excellent dimensional stability, making it a popular choice for engineering, industrial design and product development. It is compatible with a wide range of open-material FFF printers and can be easily post-processed through sanding, machining, painting or acetone smoothing to achieve a high-quality surface finish. Available in multiple colors and supplied on recycled spools with recycled packaging, Ultrafuse® ABS also supports more sustainable manufacturing workflows.
