Ultrafuse® PAHT CF15

High Temperature PA with 15 % Carbon Fiber

Ultrafuse® PAHT CF15 is a high-performance polyamide filament reinforced with 15% carbon fiber, developed for demanding industrial Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) applications. Combining outstanding mechanical strength with excellent thermal and chemical resistance, the material enables the production of lightweight, rigid and dimensionally stable components for challenging operating environments. Compatible with FFF printers equipped with a hardened nozzle, it also supports soluble support materials such as BVOH and HIPS, making it suitable for complex geometries and advanced manufacturing projects.

The carbon fiber reinforcement significantly reduces shrinkage during printing while increasing stiffness and dimensional accuracy. In addition, Ultrafuse® PAHT CF15 offers excellent chemical resistance and high temperature performance, making it an ideal choice for functional prototypes, industrial tooling and end-use parts exposed to demanding mechanical and environmental conditions. Its combination of strength, stability and printability opens new possibilities for industrial FFF production.
