Ultrafuse® TPU 64D
The hardest elastomer in Forward AM’s flexible product line
Ultrafuse® TPU 64D is the hardest elastomer in the Forward AM flexible filament portfolio, combining high rigidity with controlled flexibility. Engineered for demanding industrial applications, it offers excellent impact and abrasion resistance, making it an ideal choice for durable functional parts.
Based on BASF’s proven Elastollan® TPU, Ultrafuse® TPU 64D delivers reliable print performance, consistent quality, and broad compatibility with FFF/FDM 3D printers.
Ultrafuse® TPU 64D also works with water-soluble support materials, making it well suited for manufacturing tools, jigs, fixtures, and other high-performance components where a balance of strength and flexibility is required.
