TissueMatrix and BoneMatrix materials deliver lifelike soft tissue and bone representations, while biocompatible clear materials ensure safe usage. Users can also create custom composites with over 500,000 colors and various rubber-like materials, including ultra-soft variants. The printer’s impressive build volume of 490 x 390 x 200 mm (19.3 x 15.35 x 7.9 in.) and a layer thickness as fine as 14 microns (0.00055 in.) guarantee high-resolution anatomical models.
Integration is seamless with Windows 7 and 8.1 workstations and LAN – TCP/IP connectivity simplifies the printing process. Despite its capabilities, the J750 maintains a manageable footprint, weighing 430 kg (948 lbs) and offering a reliable, stable design. Advanced software, including GrabCAD Print Digital Anatomy and GrabCAD Voxel Print, empowers users to design complex anatomical models. Multiple build modes, such as High Speed (27-micron resolution) and High Quality (14-micron resolution), cater to specific requirements.
Operational conditions are easily maintained with a temperature range of 18 – 25 °C (64 – 77 °F) and relative humidity between 30-70% (non-condensing).

Remarkable precision is achieved with typical deviations from STL dimensions, ensuring ±100μ for models under 100 mm and ±200μ or ± 0.06% of part length, whichever is greater. Material-specific spec sheets offer additional accuracy estimates.
