The J5 MediJet features a range of materials designed for medical excellence. Biocompatible materials such as Biocompatible Rigid Transparent (MED610), Biocompatible Opaque (MED615RGD™ IV), and Biocompatible Digital ABS Plus™ (MED531 and MED515+) ensure that the printed parts meet rigorous biocompatibility standards. Rubber-like materials like Elastico Clear (FLX934) and an array of rigid transparent colors further enhance its versatility.
To meet the demanding sterilization requirements of the medical field, the J5 MediJet supports various sterilization processes, including steam, gamma, and EtO. This guarantees that the printed medical models and guides are safe and compliant.
With horizontal build layers as thin as 18 microns (0.0007 inches), the J5 MediJet delivers exceptional precision and accuracy, ensuring that anatomical details are faithfully replicated. Supported by GrabCAD Print software, the printer streamlines the 3D printing workflow, making it user-friendly and efficient.
