CHOOSE ULTRAFUSE®

Engineering-grade materials with the data to use them

Ultrafuse® is built for users who need more than a material name and a generic temperature range. The portfolio is supported by professional documentation such as Technical Data Sheets, Extended Technical Data Sheets, country-specific Safety Data Sheets and, where relevant, application-specific documentation such as railway certifications, food-contact statements or biocompatibility testing. Selected materials also include downloadable print profiles for compatible printer platforms.

  • Technical and Extended Technical Data Sheets with realistic 3D-printed test data, processing conditions and material-property information
  • Print profiles for selected open-platform systems from brands such as Bambu Lab, Prusa, Raise3D, Ultimaker, BCN3D, BigRep and others, depending on material
  • Engineering-grade portfolio spanning standard, flexible, reinforced and specialized FFF materials
  • Application-specific documentation and support, including SDS, certifications and test reports where available

Professional FFF

A portfolio that scales beyond basic PLA

Move from everyday materials to TPU, carbon-fiber reinforced grades, flame-retardant materials and other application-driven solutions within the same Ultrafuse® portfolio.

750 G OUT. 1 KG IN.

A new 1 kg format for the next generation of Ultrafuse® filaments

The 750 g sell-off marks a portfolio transition, not a change in the material standard. Selected Ultrafuse® filaments are moving to a redesigned 1 kg reel that brings the range closer to today’s market-standard spool format, gives professional users more material per reel and improves compatibility with modern filament handling systems.

More material per reel

1 kg means 33% more filament than a 750 g reel, helping reduce reel changes during longer print jobs and simplifying material planning, purchasing and stock management.

Redesigned for today’s printers

The reel design has been updated to a more market-consistent format and is dimensioned to work more naturally with current desktop and professional printer ecosystems, including the Bambu Lab AMS. The reel itself uses recycled material, reducing the need for virgin plastic in the packaging component.

Made in the EU

Ultrafuse® filaments are developed and produced in the EU, combining established polymer know-how with professional documentation, application support and a portfolio built for reliable FFF use from prototyping through end-use parts.

BUY WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE PORTFOLIO

Buy Ultrafuse® filament through iAM Marketplace

iAM Marketplace owns and operates the Forward AM and Ultrafuse® brands and is the commercial home of the portfolio. This means you can buy official Ultrafuse® materials directly through the team responsible for the brand, while accessing product documentation, printer compatibility information and application support in the same ecosystem.

For professional users, this creates a shorter path from material selection to implementation: compare variants, access technical files and available print profiles, and work with application and product experts with experience from the BASF and Forward AM organizations when your project requires deeper support.
